Amy Winehouse Wins Big At Grammy Awards

Winehouse, though not able to attend the awards ceremony because her U.S. work visa did not come through in time to travel to Los Angeles, held nothing back during a sizzling performance from a studio in London, England.

Amazing. Typical PC idiocy runs rampant in the Grammys voting bloc by denying the only person deserving of the award – Amy Winehouse – and giving it to someone for an album that most of America has never heard of. Seriously. Unless you’re a die hard Hancock fan, or just an informed Jazz fiend, can anyone who doesn’t know much about either tell me a song title from the album?

*sounds of crickets chirping*

I thought as much. Not to say that Hancock isn’t a talented musician, far from it. But when Winehouse out sold practically everyone nominated put together, not to mention that there wasn’t one negative review for ‘Back To Black’, well, it doesn’t take a high school graduate (similar in mental capacity to a high school dropout thanks to the NEA and their “Dumbing Down America One Student At A Time” campaign) Winehouse should have won the Album of the Year as well. Just because she won five others doesn’t mean she didn’t deserve the grand prize as well.

But once again, the PC liberal crowd proves without a modicum of doubt that their collective stupidity is overshadowed ONLY by their intellectual dishonesty.

And if you’re confused as to what I’m talking about, well, that just proves my point.

Cheers!!

The Grammies are NOT about record sales. They are awards presented to musicians by their peers. Herbie Hancock is a giant in American music who commands the attention of his peers at every release.

Amy Winehouse won her share of awards last night, probably more than she deserved. Enjoy her success while you can.
