Audio: Clue to Craig Decision Left by Senator on Mistaken Voice Mail

"We have reshaped my statement a little bit to say it is my intent to resign on September 30th," said the Senator in a voice mail message left for someone named Billy. Craig had inadvertently called a wrong number. The call was placed just prior to his "resignation" speech in Boise.

Larry Craig seems to be the only one who still believes that he is not gay. In 2007, it’s allowed, even for a Neo Con Republican, to come out and finally be true to who they really are.
I feel sad for Larry Craig, and revulsion. He knows better than to seek hook ups in a men’s room – violance and disease are a part of that story. He should be able to have a real relationship with his choice of partner.
Come out and stop making it harder for gays and lesbians to live normal happy lives.
BTW, I’m straight, and sympathetic to that lifestyle. Live and let live.

What a sleeze. He knew he wasn’t going to resign when he said he was. Do we really want someone with no more common sense than picking up strangers in an airport restroom making the decisions congess is supposed to make. Seems its always the long termerrs who do these things. Term limits now. (12 years is enough)

The guy just keeps showing how stupid he is. Looking for sex in a bathroom, then admitting guilt, not asking for a low life lawyer and then leaving a message on the wrong phone. Looks to me like he fits well with all the other jerks in Washington. How about the “New” statement from the fags that he is not gay he just has sex with men.
