Who actually cares what CAIR thinks about anything? They are a radical splinter group with a massive 1,700 members trying to make us feel guilty about speaking the truth about Islam. The USA has 300 MILLION people. CAIR simply doesn’t matter! I don’t know about you, but I am sick of the media paying any attention at all to this splinter group.

Right on Cal. Just how do the liberals answer those four questions? I for one am sick and tired of the political corectness game. Islam is at heart of these attacks. Islamists are like the communists in that you cannot share power with them peacefully.

I have to admit that after hundreds and hundreds of terrorist attacks on innocent people that I am Islamophobic. I don’t think it’s a particularly bad thing to live in fear of Islam.
As near as I can tell, Muslims in general haven’t been particularly vocal in differentiating the views of peaceful Islam and murderous Islam.

I still don’t see the problem. Cal Thomas asked a few relevant questions and CAIR pops up to deny him the free speech rights that they supress in most Muslim countries. By the way, wasn’t CAIR investigated and found to have links to terrorist funding? As for Cal Thomas, how dare he point out that the first step in fighting oppression from any quarter is to gut check the resolve of those going to battle; two, you identify the enemy by common characteristics and three, you kill the enemy much as you would an invading cancer? CAIR should be denied any tax status benefits, have their funds monitored…and their leaders returned to wherever if they advocate the violent overthrow of the United States. Did anyone notice that they were so busy condemning Cal Thomas as an Islamophobe that the forgot to ask their people to condemn the terror bombings and rally on the side of civilized populations everywhere. As is always the case, those who know the least know it the loudest. Cal Thomas delivered a factual commentary that was presented in a calm, respectful yet assertive manner. Now gauge CAIR’s response.

Cal Thomas under fire from CAIR? Please. CAIR is a laughable, pitiful, puny organization that has been around well before 9/11/2001, but since then has SOMEHOW been propped up by left and right together as THE SOLE REPRESENTATION of American Muslim thought.

If CAIR would actually LISTEN to Cal, they would understand that the slow moving cancer is the radical Islamists who have stated goals of destroying America and Israel, not the general Muslim community. The problem is that folks like CAIR will probably protest Cal Thomas, but will be completely silent when an Islamist detonates a car bomb killing the innocent.

It is not non-Muslims that identify modern terrorism as Islamist, it is the Islamists. Those radical Muslims do not want to be called Muslims. Muslims in support of Jihad are Islamists. Muslims are tolerant. Islamists are not. Who says so? They do. Listen to Hamas leadership discuss this very issue separating them from Fatah.

What CAIR does not “care” about is the harsh reality that the vast majority of Muslim deaths around the world are at the hands of Islamists. Islamists do not care about Muslims. Muslims not willing to support Jihad are no better than Christians and Jews. They see Muslims as not following the true path of Islam.

CAIR is the US puppet of Islamists. They spread alarmism. They create the notion of Muslim hatred in the US where there is none. What mosque was burned in the aftermath of 9/11? Weigh that against how many Christians were killed over silly cartoons of Muhammad.

The United States has been an oasis of peace and tolerance to Muslims. They are our brothers and sisters. CAIR exists only when they can fuel immaginary hatred of Muslims. Who else does that around the world? Islamists. CAIR is to the US what Islamists are to the rest of the world. A cancer.

Muslims are among the staff at my children’s daycare. Muslims are among my coworkers. Muslims are among my favorite authors. Muslims are among my friends. Where is my hatred for Muslims, CAIR?

Cal Thomas gave a sound, poignant comparison between cancer and Islamists. Islamists live amongst Muslims. What is most despicable is that CAIR would rather foster imaginary hate for Muslims than help our law enforcement track down Islamists promoting real hate and violence against other Americans.

CAIR believes they are Muslims first and Americans second. Think about that when you read or listen to any opinion they have on any anti-Islamist commentary.

Terrorists and their enablers need to be rooted out and removed from our countries. Now THAT’s politically correct.

What is frightening is the large numbers of people from the west who are sticking their heads in the sand. It should expose plenty of neck for the blade to find its mark.

What did Jesus teach? I have an honest question of you. The day of the 9-11 attack on the World Trade Center, CNN showed video of Muslims throughout the Middle East dancing and cheering in the streets. Were those Muslims or Islamists?

Don’t always agree with Cal, but he’s asking precisely the kind of question that every non-brainwashed person asks nowadays. CAIR just wants to keep the brainwashing going.

Harrah for Cal Thomas! At last somebody has the guts to address the facts with plain old Yankee Common Sense. We need CAL or somebody like him in the White House. If he runs for President, he’s got my vote, hands down. He’s the candidate America needs instead of these mealy-mouthed politically correct, multiculturalists whose refusal to tell the awful truth about Islam has killed thousands and will get us all killed if the peace-loving Muslims among us have their way. MUSLIMS say they “love democracy” because it means the rule of the majority and when – Muslims say – “we are the majority, we will select the correct belief” – i.e., Jihad, Sharia and the Caliphate. I know I already posted… but in the spirit of the thing I propose that anyone that is concerned about “Americaphobia” the fear of anything that smacks of freedom of speech or choice…. should contact CAIR at http://www.cair.com and let them know about your concern for their “Americaphobia”. It is the “American” thing to do. Thank you for your time.

I’ve read many of Cal’s editorials and his insights are intelligent. The Islamic community has given us no other reason than to view their faith as anything other than anathema and plague to world communities – including their own. I’ll pray that Cal will continue to speak the truth despite the whining, pouting, and fit-throwing of liberal civil liberties groups.
