Graphic Raw Video Shows Elderly Driver Plowing Into Crowd in Buenos Aires

Eight people were injured and one man died in the accident. Charges against the 81-year-old driver have been withdrawn after investigators found fault with the vehicle.

Feel sorry for all involved. (Mechanical problem with the car — driver apparently not at fault.)

Was here peeling away after the accident and fleeing the scene also a mechanical problem with the car?
