KNBC-TV: About 400 firefighters are battling the blaze, attempting to protect Pepperdine University and about 200 homes in the upscale Malibu Crest and Serrah Retreat neighborhoods. UPDATE: Flames engulfed the Malibu Presbyterian Church. See the related link for video of the burning church.
