Looks like New Orleans from 10,000′. But, there will be many differences. The incompetence of local and state government in LA will not be seen in Iowa. There won’t be FEMA trailers onsite in 4 to 5 years. You won’t see the looting. In midwest style, people will ban together and recover without whining.
