Whatever people have to say about GWB, whether you agree with him or not, he is a good guy.
I am not a big fan of Bush, but that was charming. Made me laugh “with” all involved instead of “at” for a change.
He sounded drunk. And he isn’t a good guy. Good guys don’t destroy an entire country’s constitution just because he doesn’t agree with the laws he took an oath to abide by.

Okay John Brighton, tell me how, exactly, the constitution has been changed or destroyed? Also, “no war for oil” is not an appropriate response, neither is “Bush lied, people died”. Let me guess, now you’re out of things to say!
I would be amused to see Brighton explain – with examples, how Bush is supposed to have destroyed the constitution.
He is a great guy. He took an oath to protect the nation and he is doing so. You might not like the manner in which he is doing that. I’ll bet you dinner at The Capital Grille that if Obama or Hillary is elected president they will continue most if not all of the programs. Why? Because they will have to. It is what the American people want.

It’s very sweet. Jenna left her cellphone in a taco restaurant in San Antonio once. Her father called and a worker picked it up. In three minutes the place was surrounded by secret service. He’s very protective.
I wonder if the President had to changed his number after that call… otherwise the studio phone could hit redial and have a line straight to the president… doesn’t seem very secure. I imagine that would be the only problem with her calling him like that. Otherwise, it’s a cute prank by Ellen.
Someday the twins will be president just like there father he is great and has kept us safe from terrorism. He doesn’t sound drunk, just a little confused and worried like he was when he was reading the Goat book to the kids on 911. You’d be confused and worried too, so don’t say anything. If the Dembocrats get in office he or she will ruin everything this great man has stood for and the terrorists and illegil immigrants will be crawling out of the woodwork if we don’t stop them there we will have to fight them here
It was funny and carming by all parties involved. A sweet – funny moment.

The Patriot Act had to be approved by Congress prior to signing, so it was not the act of a single man.

The Congress allowed him the power to go to war – DECLARATION was never given. As defined by the constitution we DID NOT go to war the way we should. U.N. resolutions are no way to a war…..and you want a list of people hurt by the Patriot Act? How about the privacy of ALL AT&T customers that was breached by the NSA and spying on ALL call, regardless of ties to terrorism…..? WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY? Why do we have to give up privacy for security?!?! He is a globalist, not a defender of the constitution……

I am jewish and a proud Bush supporter. I think he is a very decent person. I love his wife too. He is very lucky to have her by his side. She is so classy. I met Jenna when she went to Orange County to promote her book. I had to get in a long line to see her. She was even more beautiful in person than on TV. She certainly has good genes.
