They victimised me the same way.
Before I signed up with google ad words my name if googled automatically brought people to my practice name and website. I did the mistake of signing up for a few months for google ad words, due to my recent move of practices as a doctor and wanted my previous patients to findme. I spent about 200+ dollars and then decided to stop that as I had to control my overheads and I thought anyway I’m shown on google if my nae is searched, so why bother to pay extra.
Guess what now my name when googled under any ad words I used or just as my name doesnot show me at all. I was so diasspointed at these people.
But I dont have the kind of money that AA and Geico have so I just let it go last month after I tried to contact customer svc for google in vain
I’m happy someone is standing up for their rights against such unfair business practices of Google
