MSNBC’s Olbermann Tells President Bush to ‘Shut the Hell Up’

"This last piece of advice. When somebody asks you, sir, about Democrats who must now pull this country back from the abyss ... about the cooked books and fake threats .. about your gallant, self-abnegating sacrifice of your golf game ... shut the hell up!"

Olberman is a sexual predator according to some sources. He is a filthy man, disgusting, and full of crap. He should take his rants somewhere else, it doesn’t matter though, his audience is probably just himself.

Dan   May 15th, 2008 - 1:42 pm

This is why MSNBC is loosing viewers. IDIOTS LIKE OLBERMANN!!!

I cannot believe anyone would give money to someone with so little intelligence.
NBC is a disgrace, and I will never support their advertisers. We should all call their advertisers to let them know they are spending their money in vain when it is spent on anti-american, hate spewing networks like NBC.

Me to K.O – Shut UP! Then again – if an idiot makes a stupid comment and NO ONE is watching, does it matter? Believe me, the only way I get wind of was this jack.a** says is online. Wouldn’t waste my time watching this hack, who is so jealous of Bill O’Reilly he can barely cope.

Jack   May 15th, 2008 - 2:07 pm

Isn’t this a preview of the political face our country will wear at home and abroad if the Democrats win the elections this year.

Raving lunatics like this only rant and rave because they mirror the mindset of the average democrat – adolescent schizophrenia.

What we really need is more right wingers—like Ann Coulter—who can set these lunatics off all the time and put them people back in their cages.

Usaq Madik   May 15th, 2008 - 2:25 pm

I’d say its about a week or two, Uncle Murdoch.

roadhabib   May 15th, 2008 - 2:28 pm

Oberman is an idiot. The plan all aong is to fight the terrorists. Doesn’t he realize how much money is being saved having the terrorists come to us to fight instead of us looking all over the world for them. The plan is great. We want to kill them. They come to us.

Jeremy   May 15th, 2008 - 2:28 pm

Ummm….I don’t even know what to say to that – that whole rant is just plain….crazy. Are you kidding me? This drivel is on television? “Mr.” Olberman, you’re adding nothing constructive to the political discourse in this country. Why don’t you “Shut the H*** Up?” Good grief.

BeverlyAnn66   May 15th, 2008 - 2:35 pm

Now that was eloquently said. I couldn’t have said it better myself. That DOINK probably doesn’t care anyway because he’s the DECIDER about what he says and does.

Dave   May 15th, 2008 - 2:40 pm

Jeff, Olbermann is a moron. He needs to just shut his mouth. He has no talent and couldn’t hack it at ESPN. Now for the real reason why I responded specifically to you. I served in the Army and spent 2 tours overseas. You couldn’t be more wrong. Yes, there are a few people that talk badly about the war, but the guys I know that are still in, still support what we are doing over there. You are merely parroting what you hear on the radio, watch on TV, and see in the papers….the stuff that the liberal media wants you to believe….the same liberal media that refuses to air anything good that we are doing over there. Do us all a favor. Before you MAKE UP stories about thanking our troops and getting their thoughts about how they feel about the war, ACTUALLY TALK TO ONE!!!! You might be surprised about what you hear.

Siege   May 15th, 2008 - 2:54 pm

Who are you people? Look at the simple facts of what he said, he is right. The way he delivered the information might be a little “donkeyish” but the message is true. This country has become at risk not because of terrorism, but because our response to it was rash, visceral, and amazingly inept. Republicans are supposed to be the one’s who are about personal responsibility for one’s actions. Mr. Bush refuses to admit that he and others around him made a mistake. Whether it was a conscious effort to enrich his cronies or not remains to be completly seen, but at the same time, he made a mistake that is costing American lives, money, and most importantly our self respect. We whine about having to pay $4.50 for gas for our brand new, bank owned, foreign made cars. We shutter at the fact that we can’t have milk for under three dollars a gallon. But we fail to realize that in Iraq most people have MUCH more to worry about ranging from ethnic cleansing, joy killings by mercenaries on our payroll, and even even the simplest human neccasities like food, clothes or shelter. And this is our doing. Saddam was a murderous, insane bastard with no regard for human life, but at least he didn’t hide it behind a veil of faith or good intentions. Admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery, something that Mr. Bush should know from his AA meetings.

Trevor   May 15th, 2008 - 2:56 pm

Olbermann is dead on. A little on the emotional side, but hey these are emotional times. Bush continues to embarrass and insult the intelligence of the American people and the world. I can’t wait until January.

SiliconDoc   May 15th, 2008 - 2:59 pm

That was the most angry, long winded, carnival pointed, moppy-headed, smart aleck crybaby screed I think I have ever heard, in my entire life.
The only point that even had a chance was Bush’s calf injury being part of the reason golf was given up, and the “wind down” game in October, which was probably for some charity rantboy decided he wouldn’t mention.
Nonetheless, it was Bush’s idea, even as slobbering rageboy said, before he post-humorlessly denied it… Bush was pulled off the golf course, then he decided “It just wasn’t worth it”…
I’m not sure rantboy’s clouded libspacular blue wrinkled (from lack of oxygen) noggin chambers can comprehend that anymore. The deicder decided, remember kieffy – you call him that, the decider – use your own slobbering rageboy name calling to figure it out.
So, ahh… should we all get together and send kieffie a get well soon dartboard with the big bad bushymonster pic smackdab center – yes, we better include all vegetable matter dart tips or keiffy might stab his own eyes out.

SmartGuy to Keith OverBite   May 15th, 2008 - 3:01 pm

Gruf2008   May 15th, 2008 - 3:03 pm

Terrorists must love watching this guy on Al-Jazeera or the local terrorist TV network. I would like for him to do a live show in Iran and tell what’s his name to shut up. The Iranian secret police would come in the middle of the night, him shouting “I am an American citizen, you are infringing on my first amendment rights” as they take his butt away somewhere never to seen again.

Mark   May 15th, 2008 - 3:07 pm

K O might be the biggest MORON I have ever heard, and if we are talking about low ratings he has to look no farther than a mirror to find a person that nobody wants to listen to.

merckx   May 15th, 2008 - 3:08 pm

I do believe Mr. Olbermann hit the nail on the head with this one. All of his facts he cited are well known to anyone who doesn’t use FOX as their sole source of news. If you don’t like his assessment, how are you going to square the reality of Bush failed policies going into the next twenty years?
We are all paying a HUGE price for this, the worse president in our nation’s history.
Clever and pithy unsubstantiated charges against Olbermann, don’t make me see any fallacies in his argument.
It may make some people cringe to hear a U.S. President talked about in this language, but 7.5 years of this President make me worry about the future of this nation. We have a very deep hole to dig out of. My children and theirs and all of yours will be paying for W’s mistakes and crimes.

I see some posters on this site still believe the reason we went to Iraq was to fight the terrorists. It’s hard to have a political debate
with people that out of touch.

Whatever you think about Keith, I guarantee you he wasn’t the one who convinced 70 plus % of Americans to quit supporting Bush. After 9/11, Bush had the support of the whole country.
His actions are the sole reason his support went from the 90’s to the 20’s. As some posters noted, MSNBC doesn’t get watched by that many people.

I assure you, there are millions of hard working, smart, taxpaying American Patriots who strongly agree with everything Keith Olbermann said last night.

If you like your critiques delivered in a less in your face style, check out Amy Goodman’s interview with national treasure Gore Vidal from May 14th.

Chris Jones   May 15th, 2008 - 3:16 pm

I’d like to knock his teeth down his throat.

Doug Thompson   May 15th, 2008 - 3:17 pm

Mr. Olbermann: You sir are beneath contempt. Take your drivel and move your filthy mouth and thoughts and comments to a middle east country where your comrades live.

Joe C   May 15th, 2008 - 3:21 pm

Olberman is dead on, that was an amazing call-out of this sick, deranged administration. But what now scares the bejeebuz out of me is discovering from these comments that there are actually people that *like* this administration. I am going to work my ever-lovin’ *ss off to make sure this country gets back on the right track.

BTW, I work with marines now, the vast majority of them do not support the war and they all hate Bush. Whenever he comes on the TV they all yell “*sshole!”. There is no longer support for Bush or this war in the military.

The three recent losses of congressional seats that had long been held by republicans should tell you all you need to know about what the fall will be like.

Y’alls worse nightmare…Obama ushers in an era of peace and prosperity. Jan 20th is going to be a huge party all over the world, I guarantee you see worldwide celebrations when he goes. The marines and I will be having a big party I guarantee it, I bet it’s a huge day. I may celebrate it every year from now on as “Freedom Day”.

Rainyhouse   May 15th, 2008 - 3:21 pm

How did this bag of hot air get any gig on TV? Obermann proves himself to be a liberal version of Michael Douglas’ role in “Falling Down”. He is a one trick pony and the poor pizza guy probably gets the same rant if they are late with Keith’s pizza delivery.

I judge people from my gut feeling and Obermann is one of those people I have never felt good about even when he was anchoring sports in LA in the early 90’s. There is a saying where I come from “you can’t polish a turd” and I think Keith fits it.

Sean Patriot   May 15th, 2008 - 3:28 pm

Hey OlberNAZI why dont YOU shut the hell up, you have NO IDEA what youre talking about. Bush is a great man and a hero to the majority of America. We hate your polls your an idiot. Please move to Pakistan

al   May 15th, 2008 - 3:32 pm

Was this the Hitler of Iran or Osama Bin Laden?

Warm Mountain   May 15th, 2008 - 3:34 pm

I thought the guy was going to stroke out right there on TV.
Weapons of Mass Destruction were there. They were used on the Iraqi people. After the US announced plans in the papers and on the news to go get those weapons, the weapons were moved, probably to Saudi Arabia.
And Olbie is wrong if he thinks the threat of Islam is not real. The US is not the only country attacked. Ask England. Muslims are taking over the country. English women are harrassed as they walk down the street because they are in western dress. There are areas in some cities where police have been driven out and have given over control to the Muslim. Some Muslim doctors are refusing to treat western women. Some Muslim doctors are refusing to practice necessary hygeine in hospitals. You can call Bush a cowboy all you want, but he has kept us safe so far.

BB   May 15th, 2008 - 3:35 pm

Keith Olbermannn is full of hate and loathing so you have to feel sorry for him. He’s been brainwashed for so long,he knows not what he’s saying – he just says it… like on command…like when a dog is told to roll over… that’s Olbermann. He can’t help it…he’s just a little puppet dangling about…

Blitz   May 15th, 2008 - 3:37 pm

Olberman is a sad man who is angry at his own imorality and vents it on people he thinks are inferior to him. His message is the most wicked I have ever seen on TV. I have seen the face of those who would crucify Christ anew and its face is that of Olberman.

WWarthog   May 15th, 2008 - 3:39 pm

Bush was responding to the question, “What is the worst which could happen if we pulled out now?” How would this bellowing idiot answer that question? Evidently, to him, the worst would be a stable Iraqi government, the utter defeat of Islamic fanaticism, and academics furiously using their erasers in the post war rehabilitation of Bush II, who would then appear to be a courageous genius along the lines of Lincoln, Roosevelt and Truman.

Righton   May 15th, 2008 - 3:39 pm

Like the bumper sticker says “DISSENT IS THE HIGHEST FORM OF PATRIOTISM” Nice job Keith. Thanks for speaking the truth. Like another bumper sticker says “IF YOU AREN’T OUTRAGED, YOU AREN’T PAYING ATTENTION”.

Blitz   May 15th, 2008 - 3:39 pm

Wow, he’s really lost it. He’s so full of self-hatred he takes it out on those who, he hates. His arguements were wrong, childish, and wicked. I feel sorry for him.

Blitz   May 15th, 2008 - 3:42 pm

Olbermann is pretty cheap, ignores the full scope of things to take out his self-hatred on Bush. That was as wicked and Satanic as anything could be. I feel sorry for him

Me   May 15th, 2008 - 3:44 pm

When a journalist or pundit resorts to profanity, it nullifies their point completely.

The righteous indignation with which this man speaks is quite distracting to his message.

This is the first time I’ve ever seen this guy or ever heard of him. I haven’t been missing much.

Next.

The term “suicidal pen** envy” was invented for people of Keith’s ilk.

Jim in VA   May 15th, 2008 - 3:58 pm

Olbermann wouldn’t make a pimple on the President’s ass! If I were the President there would be no NBC correspondents with White House credentials as of today until this hack is on the street!

Jeff   May 15th, 2008 - 4:01 pm

“I’m curious… why would you thank them for service you are obviously so opposed to? Shouldn’t you be saying “I’m so sorry” or “I can’t believe you fell for it”?”

I think the US forces did their job, did it admirably (beyond admirably, in almost all cases), defended our country to the very best of their ability and served with great honor. I will always proactively thank the men and women who serve so I can work from home, watch news on TV, and post on Internet forums freely. They protect me. They deserve my praise.

They were let down by the politicians, and in particular, this administration. We were all told this was part of the broader war on terror. It wasn’t. It isn’t today. Even the US State Department says approximately 3% of the violence in Iraq is related to Al Qaida and they estimate AQI to be around 800 people. Meanwhile, Osama bin Ladin is still free in Afghanistan or Pakistan and the Taliban is back in power. Those I have talked to, almost without exception though admittedly not a huge sampling since I don’t live in a town near a large base, have proactively said they wish they’d stayed in Afgahnistan.

Let me be clear: I’m not suggesting the troops acted improperly, just that their talents (and sacrifices) were somewhat wasted. We know who attacked us. We know where AQ’s seat of power is. We know where the head of the snake resides. We lost focus and spent years, lives, and money in another war. That’s not something I blame our troops for. And I still commend them for their brave service to our great nation.

john duval   May 15th, 2008 - 4:02 pm

So this is where a majority of the blockheads hang out. Interesting. The foul stench of idiots even comes through on the screen. Can’t handle the truth can you? No wonder America is headed back to the stone age. Some of you guys need lobotomies. For some of you it’s obviously too late. KO has more integrity in his ear lobe than most of this administration, including Bush. What the hell happened to the land of the free and the home of the brave? What do we have? a president with such a little mind and a smaller dick that the best he can do is run around screaming terror and fear and then proving his negative intellect by bombing a hack dictator. If this asshole had been president during the confrontation with the soviet union during the Cuban missile crisis all you pathetic bozos in here would be glowing with radioactive dust. Go worship Hitler. At least he had the balls to come out and say what he was doing. This cowardly sniveling little frat boy doesn’t have the sack for that. He just hides behind fear and don’t give me this shit that he supports the troops ’cause that’s crap. I put my sack on the line for my country so you ignorant slime could voice your opinions. That’s good. But at least have the modicum of intelligence to acknowledge the truth when you hear it.
What a bunch of pathetic rubbish
Disgusted Vietnam veteran.

Ignorance is bliss, eh republicans?

Please get Olbermann an enema. He dosen’t understand the very people he is trying to defend would kill him on T.V. and say “This is just another U.S. columinist who is trying to use our cause to catapult his career at our expense.

They will leave the address to find hiss body and that will be one less liberal who doesn’t understand dealing with terrorist which will be off the earth,

God Bless his soul or hopefully he will wake up.

WELL THE LEAST WATCHED NEWS SPOKESPERSON MAKES A IRRELEVANT STATEMENT. LET ME SEE YOU ARE 4TH IN VIEWING. ONLY LIBERALS WATCH. SO THAT MAKES YOU A MINORITY. AS FOR WHAT BUSH SAID. HE HIT A HOME RUN/ WE HAVE PELOSI, CARTER SITTING DOWN WITH PEOPLE WHO SEND INNOCENT PEOPLE WOMEN CHILDREN AND RETARDS WITH BOMBS STACKED ON THEIR BACKS. NOW WE HAVE OBAMA WHO SEE’S NO PROBLEM TALKING TO THESE PEOPLE. AND YOU THINK BUSH IS CRAZY!! THE CRAZY PEOPLE ARE LIBERALS. WE HAD 4 YRS OF CARTER WHO ALLOWED THESE RADICALS TO TAKE OVER IRAN BY ALLOWING THAT FAT OLD MAN TO COME BACK. WE HAD 8 YRS OF CLINTON WHO ALLOWED NORTH KOREA AND NOW IRAN TO HAVE START UP REACTORS, ISRAEL HELPED BY TAKING OUT SYRIAS REACTOR. THERE EXCUSE THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT BUILD BOMBS. NOW IF THAT ISNT STUPID WHAT IS. . NOW NORTH KOREA HAS THE BOMB AND IRAN WILL TO. AND IF!! OSAMA WINS WE CAN PROBABLY EXPECT VENUZELLA TO HAVE ONE IN 4 YEARS. THAT IS THE LEGACY THIS COUNTRY FACES ALL CAUSED BY LIBERALS. WHO NESTLED UP TO THE LUNATICS. DONT BLAME BUSH BLAME YOUR SELF. IF WE HAD STOPPED HITLER OVER A 100MILLION PEOPLE WOULD STILL BE AROUND. AS FOR PELOSI AND REID AND ALL THE DEMOCRATS WHO SUPPORT THEM YOU ARE TRAITORS TO YOUR COUNTRY BY EVEN GOING OVER AND SPEAK TO THESE LUNATICS BUT AS A LIBERAL YOU DONT SEE IT THAT WAY GOD HELP YOU. I AM SORRY YOUR ATHEISTS!

C Powell   May 15th, 2008 - 4:10 pm

Even though there is some truth to what KO says, the way he says it is just grandstanding. He’s basically just a big mouthed AHole with Bush Derangement Syndrome, an emplyer with an even bigger case of BDS thatn he and one which seemingly dos not care that nobody watches olberman. I mean nobody. They had to post his stupid diatribe here just to get a reaction.

brian   May 15th, 2008 - 4:12 pm

Bush apologist? Hardly. There is nothing to apologize for. Man’s doing fine under the circumstances. I think liberals just can’t understand anyone with real balls.
PS why are you people(liberals) always so unhappy? You know the world isn’t your sole problem and you are not going to really do anything about it one way or another. Are you really so arrogant that you are angry that you can’t have the world be the way you want it? Not to mention the fact that every thing you have ever done to this country has failed: Social Security, Great Society, Political Correctness, Ethanol and coming soon the great, gross, global warming overraction farce.
It’s like you all have some messiah complex that the world gives a crap about how you think things should go and if only we would listen. News Flash – the vast majority of people in the world just want to live their life and be left alone; go offer you stupid ideas somewhere else and stop pretending your going to save everyone. At the end of the day the only contribution liberals make is to share their “opinion” unless they can solve a problem with someone ELSE’S money.
Take you messianic complex and shove it. In other words: get off the cross, we need the wood!

Thank you Mr. Olbermann… that was extraordinary. As a conservative, I feel the pain of every word in your presentation and believe you are correct in your analysis. Mr Bush has slammed our country at an international level and now we may never be the same. I am afraid that Obama may the another candidate (like Bush) that was not qualified to run.

PolitiP   May 15th, 2008 - 4:51 pm

FOX has the aggregate numbers but that not what advertisers look at.

The average age of the typical FOX viewer is something like 64 years old. That’s why they are always advertising The Villages retirement homes.

Whereas MSNBC outperforms FOX in the key 18-54 deomographic and can thus charge more for advertising.

http://www.politiporn.com

Every study ever done on the subject finds that FOX Viewers are the most misinformed audience. So don’t forget to watch the Falafel King and get you misinformation for the evening.

SeanPatriot, about your mathematical abilty,

Joe   May 15th, 2008 - 4:56 pm

What a pompous moron this Olberman is. So, terrorism is Bush’s fault? People in the Bush administration will be charged with war crimes? Are you kidding me? History will show these people who liberated Iraq, to be saints. How miserable these America-haters like Olberman, Sean Penn, and smart-Alec Baldwin must be. I’d give anything if they would move far, far away, never to be seen again.

Jay Iacobucci   May 15th, 2008 - 5:03 pm

Obberman’s over the top circus act is so old. I am surprise that he didn’t bring up hanging chads in 2000.

The fact that WMD were not found is not Bush’s fault. After 9/11 we were all wondering when the next attack will be.

Now its funny how people like KO were quick to blame Bush or Clinton of not doing enough to stop the attacks.

So Saddam kept a sealed border and we couldn’t know for sure if he had the weapons or not. What if he did? KO would be the first to level blame on Bush that he didn’t do enough.

Next point. Al-queda wasn’t in Iraq before we went in there, they are now. Where were they before? Well I think they were in terror cells in Boston and Florida and Arizona. I rather have them in Iraq. KO you are an idiot!

KO your show is played in obscurity, only when you make such and extreme fool of yourself does anyone pay you any attention.

Respectfully,

Keith Olbermann   May 15th, 2008 - 5:09 pm

I’m getting tired of you feckless internet junkies disparaging my use of child pornography.

I HATE BUSH — that makes me a hero of the Left. So, really what does it matter that I have anal intercourse with my Chihuahua? You are only diverting attention from the real point — we have not been attacked in 7 years because Bush created more terrorists………………………………………………..

err.. uuuhhh, sorry I dozed off there for a moment..where was I…Oh YEAH
BUSH LIED AND SOMETHING SOMETHING — hey Kos, what elses did you want me to say?

Tyrus   May 15th, 2008 - 5:17 pm

I love it…It’s about time. Just like Sen. Biden said today.”Bull$h*t…He was being real. How can you critisize this man for being passionate about the failures of our current leader of this so called “free world?” You can’t tell me you don’t agree with him? He may have not said it how you’d say it, but he’s absolutely correct.

Jedi   May 15th, 2008 - 5:18 pm

Olbermann, I don’t even have the appetite to spend a long time to comment on you. You sounded like a two-year old just starting to be able to speak.I wonder if your care-taker forgot your pacifier. Go gibber somewhere else.

And MSNBC, congratulations for picking up an over-grown, whiney tot. It’s a great poison-pill strategy.

Rob   May 15th, 2008 - 5:28 pm

Wow.
I will say this, regardless of the content, you can’t argue that Mr. K.O. doesn’t have good writers. That being said, I think he gets a little too excited about his topic. We get it (yawn) you don’t like Bush.
He should thank Bush. Without him, KO probably wouldn’t have a career.

Take a vallume buddy…jeez.

Jay S.   May 15th, 2008 - 5:39 pm

Perhaps Mr. Olberman should shut up. Probably fix more things that way.

Bill Adkins   May 15th, 2008 - 5:49 pm

Olbermann is exactly right about this disaster named Bush. George W. Bush’s blunders have killed over 4000 Americans, we’ve p-issed away trillions of dollars, the national debt has doubled under his administration, countless people are losing their homes, fuel costs have doubled and on their way to triple what they were since Bush took office, food shortages have appeared in the last few months, wages aren’t keeping up with inflation, Bush is well on his way to delivering The Great Depression II … and the list goes on. Al Qaeda hasn’t damaged us to the degree George W. Bush and the Republican leaders in Congress have damaged us.

And John McCain as Republican nominee offers more of the same in the form of George W. Bush’s third term. How do you think that’s going to work out for him? He may as well use “Heckuva Job, Bushie” as his campaign theme.

VRWC   May 15th, 2008 - 6:01 pm

Keith Olberman is awesome. Only he could show the country how angry, bitter, and miserable the left is and how mean spirited these “open minded and enlightened” Democommunistas really are. The poster boy for the progressive left! You better agree with me or I will yell obscenities at you!

Give me a break, he is just left wing Bill O’Reilly wantabe with a show more suited for Comedy Central. Oops my mistake, even Comedy central expects some rating points, MSNBC has given up on that years ago.

Jacqueline   May 15th, 2008 - 6:08 pm

Since when journalist stop REPORTING THE NEWS!!! Give me a break. He should be fired.

CP26   May 15th, 2008 - 6:24 pm

More like Edward R. Aretard.

Steve   May 15th, 2008 - 6:24 pm

I’m so glad that at least one person is willing to tell Bush to shut up. That’s awesome. That being said, if you voted for Bush, you should be tried for treason. I’m surprised you even know how to operate a computer. (Spell-check is available as a tool bar).

enzo   May 15th, 2008 - 6:27 pm

Whew! That was tough footage to watch from start to finish.

I don’t know whether Keith Olbermann makes me vengefully furious,…or just incredibly sad. That man is in a pitiful mental state. Either his ‘meds’ are not working at all, or they are working extremely well…and, as such are keeping him from going ‘postal’ on the President of The United States of America. I hope Secret Service is monitoring Keith’s movements. This guy is ticking time bomb!

A note of caution to those of you who actually enjoyed Olbermann’s sick maniacal rant: Don’t think for one smug minute that Keith Olbermann’s presidential candidate of choice, Barack Hussein Obama, can improve our world for the better. BHO is a mystery man, the background of whom we desperately need more information before we dare take him seriously as presidential material.

Not surpringly, BHO has the sinister support of a twisted news media, which willingly falls lock-step under this man’s direction. Media morons such as Keith Olbermann and his ilk, continue to abet this immature political ‘empty suit’ in his quest to control the world politic from OUR Oval Office—What a miscarriage of fate that would be.

It seems many people are not the least bit interested in discovering any faults that could potentially disqualify Barack Hussein Obama from his run for the White House, and those people scare me more than our Islamic enemies abroad.

To Keith Olbermann: I beg of you, DON’T shut the hell up, because if you contained such rage, not releasing your inner demons… you would undoubtedly kill someone eventually. Keith, you scare me.

Sam   May 15th, 2008 - 6:34 pm

Welcome to Countdown with Kalid Al-berman!

moi61537   May 15th, 2008 - 6:35 pm

Maybe I should retract my “foul” language concern. Breitbart did not exclude it.

Joe   May 15th, 2008 - 6:35 pm

I always wondered what happened to that guy after he left ESPN. Does he have his own show?

Sam   May 15th, 2008 - 6:35 pm

Welcome to Countdown with Khalid Al-berman!

ROBERT   May 15th, 2008 - 6:56 pm

wow! I suppose Oberman is democrat.

Caine   May 15th, 2008 - 6:58 pm

Ummmm…was this real?

This guy is really a journalist?

Or worse, a host for an actual show???

Wow…is NBC even a relevant news source these days?

peter c   May 15th, 2008 - 7:04 pm

througout my 57 years on this earth i really can’t say i have ever actually hated someone…even a wife who cheated and others who have hurt me…Until i saw this vile pig liar on Msnbc.I really can now say i know what it is like to really HATE someone.I am also geting the same hate up for Mika and mathews and Abrams and Obama’s wife and Reid and pelosi and Liberal judges in this country…and the ACLU…Planned Parenthood..Gay groups..atheists,Moveon.org,Mediamatters ,Huffinton Post and most of Hollywood. Oberbite is their worst hate machine though. There is an Evil force trying to take over this country…Vote for McCain,,,he wasn’t my 1st choice…but Obama and his dogs Overbite and Mathews and Mika will bring us to the brink of death.

ObermanWho   May 15th, 2008 - 7:08 pm

Mr. Oberman you are suffering from the dreaded id 10 t error.
Let me respell that for you. Id10t.
Every man and woman who signed up for service knew that they might have to give their life for this country. And not have a say in where that might be. Why is fighting this war on someone else soil such a bad idea? I suppose that 10’s of thousands of ignorant, arrogant and self-righteous Americans dead on our own soil is better than 4000 of our finest. You are correct! We are not worth their sacrifice. By the way the three socialist running for U.S President will be the anchor that will take this country to the bottom of the ocean! If they are the best we have to put forward 7000+ Americans have died in vain. With countless more to follow.

Bill Whelpley   May 15th, 2008 - 7:38 pm

The guy is a lunatic and should be committed. btw MSNBC blows

Dave   May 15th, 2008 - 7:39 pm

Olberman needs to write his obituary. I place him right up there with Rev. Martin Luther King, President John F.Kennedy and Abraham Linclon. He’s definatly going to be on the C.I.A.’s hit list this week!!

Rover   May 15th, 2008 - 7:43 pm

Keith O. is a genious if i had my way all the kids in school would be showed this speech over and over again. The there would be a test on his speech so the kids would have to take it till they got all the qestions right.

J1   May 15th, 2008 - 7:57 pm

Thankfully only Olberman’s immediate family is watching the show. This guy is a joke. and would make a perfect Pravda editor in chief – he’s an unreconstructed marxist.

RonW   May 15th, 2008 - 8:05 pm

Well I’m a registered Democrat and hate Bush probably as much as Olberman, but in fairness where were all his bitter rants against the war when it started? I seem to remember the vast majority of the country supported the decision to go in. That it didn’t turn out as planned is the risk we all took.

Tester   May 15th, 2008 - 8:12 pm

(this board doesn’t sort by self-reported date and time, does it?!?)

JOhn   May 15th, 2008 - 8:26 pm

If the division president of MSNBC has any balls he/she will fire this nut case. Attention advertisers: if you advertise on MSNBC I will avoid your products. Period.

America: WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is only more of this to come if OBama is elected. We are about to throw the country away. Is the economy bad??? Restaurants are just as full as ever. The malls are full. Trucks up and down the highway. More and more trains. Unemployment holding steady in most areas. Do you really want your capital gains and dividend taxes raised??? Think!!!! Obama doesn’t want change. He wants your dollars!!!! and several of them at that.

Wake up!!!!!

tweety   May 15th, 2008 - 8:34 pm

How did KO get that much airtime? This is unheard of. Wow, I WILL NEVER WATCH MSNBC FOR ANY REASON AGAIN! He makes Former Presidential Democratic candidate Dean look rational. Nothing was accomplished? Gee, I thought Saddam was dead. No more people being gassed by their own people, tortured and beheaded. Yes, it turns out bringing civilization to a people fed with bloodshed hasn’t been easy. KO thinks he is brilliant, PERFECT – - he’s obviously spent too much time with his metrosexual groomsman. I bet he’s never had dirt under his little nails.

historyteach34   May 15th, 2008 - 8:51 pm

Olbermann is a disrespectful, partisan a**hole and I cannot stand to listen to his pompous rants. Seriously, who in the hell does he think he is??? My friend died in Iraq and it’s utterly disrespectful of him to declare that over 4,000 Americans have died “for nothing”. Who does he think he’s speaking for??? Certainly not my friend who very much believed in the mission that he sacrificed his life for. Olbermann…you, “sir”, are a disgusting human being!!!

Rush Addict   May 15th, 2008 - 8:54 pm

Wow, he’s like an intelligent version of Rush Limbaugh.

Get Real   May 15th, 2008 - 8:57 pm

We are clearly not winning the war. We maybe winning the battle, but once we are bankrupt what will we have won? Maybe you haven’t noticed, but the “leaders” of this country are moving their investments to Dubai.

Mark S.   May 15th, 2008 - 8:58 pm

I applauded at Keith’s final parting shot. An utterly brilliant commentary, totally on the mark. January 20th will indeed be a day of national thanksgiving, and not soon enough.

dan   May 15th, 2008 - 9:03 pm

I am saddened that this great country is attacked from our own media sources during a time of war. Giving aid and comfort to our enemy, by labeling OUR President a murder, is treason. We should hang this tramp to send a message to his ilk. I will be going out of my way to avoid spending money with people that support NBC (MSNBC). Next time you want to buy a big ticket item, send a note to an advertiser that you passed on them because of NBC tactics.

carl   May 15th, 2008 - 9:16 pm

Olby was a moron on ESPN. What makes him any smarter on MSNBC?

When will he be fired for his naked partisanship, like that producer at FoxNews?

Miguel   May 15th, 2008 - 9:21 pm

Keith Olbermann gave me chills. I can’t believe that someone finally said what I have wanted to say for years. SHUT UP GEORGE! God, if only the lousy rat of man and worthless president would do just that. But, he won’t, of course. Everything that Olbermann said is exactly right. And just like in Network, we should all go to our windows right now and scream: “SHUT THE HELL UP GEORGE BUSH!” And I would add: “Go to HELL Bush!!!”

Frank S   May 15th, 2008 - 9:21 pm

Olby–Your rants will not result in better rating for your sad little hour. Being rude does not make you right it makes you a useful idiot. Back to read ball score.

Ted Williams Head   May 15th, 2008 - 9:23 pm

“Fox News is more dangerous than Al Qaeda.”

Yes, “bath-tub boy” said it last year.

K.O. is so courageous and confident in his left-wing position, he never needs to have a guest with an opposing view.

Will   May 15th, 2008 - 9:25 pm

Did this treasonous rat b a s t a r d, just call our TROOPS , COLD BLOODED KILLERS ?????? MSNBC needs to fire this asshole NOW, and stop promoting this biased, in the tank with Obama, cretin….But PMSNBC is in the tank also), right CHRIS ????You spittle-spewing dick !!!!!

Steve   May 15th, 2008 - 9:31 pm

Olberman is not half the man Bush is and would NEVER have said that to the President’s face. This is what “manhood” looks like in the digital age. God help us.

INFIDEL   May 15th, 2008 - 9:32 pm

His former girlfriend told the NY POST, that he’s hung like a thumb tac.

BillV   May 15th, 2008 - 9:32 pm
