He will lecture against those who traffic in “smears,” yet he will traffic in smears (e.g. implying in a “Talking Points Memo” that Howard Dean and Nancy Pelosi are anti-American, outright stating in another “Talking Points Memo” that New York Times columnist Bob Herbert is a “terrorist helper,” etc.). He will criticize those who aren’t “traditionalists,” yet he will write a novel with gratuitous sex and violence (‘Those Who Trespass”). He will claim (wrongly) that the liberal website Media Matters plays TV and radio clips of him out-of-context, yet, on his TV show, he played an out-of-context clip regarding Al Franken criticizing Britt Hume. He will criticize those who downplay child abuse, yet he claimed on his TV show that child-abuse victim Sean Hornbeck “enjoyed” his treatment at the hands of his captor and abuser.
Anyway, since there doesn’t seem to be any kind of video or pictures of the alleged incident, we’ll never find out what really happened. Either a very prominent media figure will get away with an act of assault or a staffer for a presidential candidate publicly lied about being assaulted. Neither of these possibilities should be applauded by anyone.

In my opinion the govt doesn’t have the right to take 40% of ANY man’s work and income and I don’t care if they’re rich, poor, black, white, yellow, red, or purple. It’s still wrong!!!! The last true democrat elected to office was John F Kennedy who said ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country and he also stated that our nation would fight the spread of communism with ANY and ALL means necessary. Here’s the democrats plan they’re going to let the Bush tax cuts expire to fund their social programs which means ALL of our taxes will be going up 30%. That’s right. If you paid $2,000 last year it’ll be $3,000 the next. If you paid $6,000 it’ll be $8,000 the next. They also want to more than double the capital gains rate to 35% which will be great for our stock portfolios and dividend payments. Fun huh? And democrat John Dingle(berry) already has plans on the table to institute a 50 cent per gallon national gas tax to force us into the right size cars democrats think we should be able to drive in order to fight non existent man made global warming. That’ll do wonders for the economy and be great to experience at the pump won’t it. They want to hamstring our industries some more with useless emissions caps and drive even more of our manufacturing base overseas because China and India don’t even have to comply! Yeah, sign us up for all that it’ll really help the working man! So now we have democrats thinking they should tell us what kind of car to drive, light bulb to use, and size home THEY think we should live in. Think I’m kidding? • Phases out the mortgage interest on primary mortgages on houses over 3000 square feet.
o An owner would receive 85% of the mortgage interest deduction for homes 3000-3199 square feet
o 70% for homes 3200-3399 square feet
o 55% for homes 3400-3599 square feet
o 40% for homes 3600-3799 square feet
o 25 % for homes 3800-3999 square feet
o 10% for homes 4000-4199 square feet
o 0 for homes 4200 square feet and up
Then of course, we’ve gotten spoiled these past eight years without having to worry about liberals doing a full frontal assault on our gun rights. Here’s what Thomas Jefferson said, he said, “The beauty of the second amendment is that the only time you’ll ever really need it is when the government tries to take it away from you.” In other words, a non oppressive government has nothing to fear from an armed electorate. It’s amazing but expected that liberal bloggers like Sweet would fabricate the facts of an event like this. Sweet wasn’t even there and reported what can only be described as liberal wishing. Shame on Sweet who obviously needed 15 minutes of fame.
