Sucks to be the old guy but word of caution for people judging here. First, ok, assume they were illegals, couple options; hang around for the very eventual arrival of police, or run. Kinda funny how race is the first thing that people consider when analyzing a story like this. Just to note; I’ve seen dispicable acts from both black and white, and everything in between. It’s not a matter of white or black, it’s a matter of economics. In my opinion, the downwared spiral of this country is being allowed to happen, for whatever reason. I’m only 33 years old, but growing up, I don’t remember us having a problem with illegals. Also, manufacturing jobs in various industries were abundantly available. My grandfather couldn’t read, but made close to $80K a year (in the 60’s and 70’s) as a foreman in a steel factory. Now, we have this influx of illegals (which I admit contributes to the economic problem) and why? Don’t we have access to better technology these days? And why are so many manufacturing and service jobs outsourced to other countries? This is the new global economy. It has nothing to do with black and white. I’m afraid that communities like the one where this accident took place are probably on the rise. Look at the death of many of our once thriving towns and cities that were built on the auto or steel industry. (Younstown, Ohio; Detroit, Michigan). Let’s stop arguing over black and white and try to rebuild our communities so zombie like acts like this one don’t occur.
