Romney Campaign Alleges McCain, Huckabee Cut W. Va. ‘Backroom Deal’ |

I am in shock seeing these guys cutting backroom deals — what are they?? Politicians?? Not the first time, not the last….
Let’s let the facts play out. Will we learn the truth before it’s too late to make a difference in the voting? I understand backroom politics are part of the process. Looks to me like McCain and Huckabee made an alliance to exclude Romney. If so, it will hurt them and help Mitt.
Huckabee is acting VERY ‘Vice-Presidential’, continuing to attack Romney, but refusing to say an unkind word to the dishonest, liberal Republican frontrunner McCain. Ronald Reagan must be turning in his grave to see the principles true conservatism go down in flames.
When will the tribal council break up these alliances?
The Republican pack attack on Romney makes me think we are watching Old Testament story of Joseph and his mult-colored robe and his gang of jealous brothers who would rather ruin the robe and bury their brother alive than watch him win. In the end Joseph is saved, saves his people, forigive his brothers and along with the rest of the Hebrew tribe saves them all. Not too Christian for a Pastor candidate. McCain and Huckabee have been conducting their campaign with lies and dirty tricks and more lies, lies, lies, and did I say lies? since the gettgo. Mitt Romney has conducted and truly exemplary campaign. Whose a Christian ? In the end, if McCain wins it will be a loss for us all. He and Huckabee are leading right down the ONE PARTY path. If Mitt wins – our country at least will have a chance and hopefully Republicans will rise to the occasion.
If McCain is the leader he says he is….then he better look in the mirror at himself and see what he has done to the Republican Party. We will loose the general election with McCain as the Republican candidate. He is divisive and we will have politics as usual in Washington with continued political party lines dictating the tone if he were elected president.
By the way…can anyone tell me if McCain can talk without a written speech in front of him or reading a teleprompter. It is so annoying to watch him on T.V. He is monotone, fake in his expressions as if he had practiced in front of the mirror how to smile at certain points in his speeches. In fact I wouldn’t doubt if he has written into his speech what facial expression he is to express at the moment. He is so fake it kills me.
Huckabee and his evangelical followers are bigots. They teach hatred in their churches towards Mormons. This is not new, they have been doing this for decades. What other religious group do they teach bigotry towards,
Muslims, Jews, or Catholics?
Both of these candidates hate Romney, and that is obvious. When I say hate it probably does not adequately express the deep seated jealousy and envy towards Romney that they feel. It is not becoming of McCain or Huckabee of them and if they think that the public can’t see this they are crazy.
True Conservatives you have to options in the general election.
1. Vote for a Democrat like Hillary or Obama
2. Write in Romney as your choice.
Either way McCain loses. We can show McCain what true political manuevering and backroom deals can do. We need to stand up to this hijacking of the republican party by the “Charlaton” McCain.
Think about it, folks: remember Hillary & the vast right-wing conspiracies of the past. The point here: just because a loser says it, doesn’t mean it’s true. In this case, I doubt very seriously that any deal was cut. The Romney people were just sore that they lost, and instead of acknowledging their defeat, they claim some sort of “deal” was cut against their candidate, hoping that the mainstream media will pick up the charge and act as if it’s true. I’m sorry, but McCain didn’t even try to win WV. What’s to deal? 18 delegates? Oh give me a break. Romney just got out-campaigned. No mystery here. And of course, Hannity & Rush will run with this story ad infinitum. Wonders never cease.
What’s with this goofy time tag? It is now 4:59 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
