Looks like a hate crime to me….

This heinous crime should be prosecuted as a “hate crime”. “Hate crime” legislation was created to address this particular type of malicious battery based on race. It is obvious that the white male victim was beaten because of his race. The D.A.’s office in this particular jurisdiction should prosecute with special circumstances per hate crime legislation. All of the black males involved in this racially motivated crime should be prosecuted under hate crime statutes. It remains to be seen if the D.A.’s office will be fair and treat white victims of racism equally.
