Stark Raving Mad: Congressman Accuses President of Deriving ‘Amusement’ from American War Dead

"You don't have money to fund the war or children. But you're going to spend it to blow up innocent people if we can get enough kids to grow old enough for you to send to Iraq to get their heads blown off for the president's amusement." UPDATE: See the related link to hear a flashback of a notorious phone call Rep. Stark made to a constituent veteran mocking him in profane terms.

Is this guy for real?

LA Doc   October 18th, 2007 - 2:24 pm

What can you say. Typical hormonal histrionic Leftist coward. Ahh the moonbat Left, what a bunch of self-serving, pseudointellectual, naive children.

Sheryl   October 18th, 2007 - 2:25 pm

The Democrats are way out of control on their rhetoric. They are beginning to look even more ridiculous than they already do.

Cincin   October 18th, 2007 - 2:26 pm

Did anyone grow a spine long enough to rebutt this horrendous statement? Does anyone in government have a spine?

tom   October 18th, 2007 - 2:26 pm

Your over the top comments have done NOTHING to help, and only hurt the people who are trying to do whats best for our country.

You sir, are a hypocrite whose only goal is to make our president look bad…….sadly, a tactic that all of the Democratic party seems to love to use daily!!!!!! :(

Tamara   October 18th, 2007 - 2:26 pm

This man is a disgrace. An utter disgrace. How dare he? He should be run out of office…

Veteran   October 18th, 2007 - 2:28 pm

WHAT A C*CKSUCKER!!!!

Michael Caddy   October 18th, 2007 - 2:28 pm

This is is for real. President Bush is a sociopath who gets his kicks from inflicting pain and suffering on anyone and everyone. He doesn’t discriminate between Americans and non-Americans, whether it be the innocent victims of Katrina in New Orleans or the innocent civilians in Iraq.

theShizaan   October 18th, 2007 - 2:29 pm

the US Congress needs a complete overhaul.

Can’t wait for this old crazy idiots to retire.

Ray Zorback   October 18th, 2007 - 2:29 pm

What an idiot!
I can’t believe he would insult the military like that!
I’ll never vote democrat. Ever.

Jen   October 18th, 2007 - 2:31 pm

So, who is this guy? I don’t recognize each member of Congress by sight.

Loyal Marine Vet   October 18th, 2007 - 2:31 pm

Dude is so right on, even for an old guy. The rest of you should get off your comfy armchairs and open your eyes to what’s going on in Iraq. Pretty easy for y’all to say “bring ‘em on” when it ain’t you that’s getting blown up.

Chuck Di   October 18th, 2007 - 2:31 pm

What a disgrace to any American,Republican or Democrat. He is totally out of line and shows that the Socialist left cannot debate, just name call and issue totally insane and disrespectful comments. As a former Democrat, it is because of jerks like him and his unsubstantuated accusations that I am proud to be a conservative, basing my decisions on rational thoughts.

Matt   October 18th, 2007 - 2:32 pm

“Stark Raving Mad”
Yep, that about sums up this nitwit.

Proud American   October 18th, 2007 - 2:32 pm

I am deeply saddened at this congressmans obvious lack of intelligence. There isn’t a day that goes by, that I don’t stop and say a prayer..thanking God that our brave soldiers are fighting so that this “person” can continue to have the right to utter his wretched nonsense. God Bless America, and Lord help this congressman…he needs it.

Bob Dole   October 18th, 2007 - 2:32 pm

Oh good grief..why not get half as upset over the trillion dollars and countless lives Bush is throwing into this fiasco as we referee a Muslim civil war.

Is it 2008 yet?

SkumChiken   October 18th, 2007 - 2:33 pm

Alright! Enough is enough. Both sides of the aisle need to condemn the statements made by this whack-a-do.

john   October 18th, 2007 - 2:33 pm

When did the Democrat party leave the United States? What country do they represent? They are so out of touch with the American public that it’s laughable. They say things that you hear out of the mouths of America’s enemies. In any other time, in the history of America, these people would be tried for treason.

Cathy   October 18th, 2007 - 2:35 pm

Outrageous. No wonder the American people are tired of elected officials. Congress’ polling numbers are worse than Bush. Even Democratic pundits think the division in this congress is off the charts.

Zoltan   October 18th, 2007 - 2:35 pm

Let me be the first to call for the idiot’s resignation.

Yeah it rises to that level.

Veteran   October 18th, 2007 - 2:36 pm

Micheal Caddy…. Put your burka back on and go practice your free speech in Iran. Talk abaout a sociopath… look in the mirror you traitor!!!

jeff davis   October 18th, 2007 - 2:36 pm

Anyone who would even attempt to condone this guy is pathetic! How sad – no wonder congress has such low approval. Note – he represents the Bay area of California so I am sure they approve of his lunacy! This is indicative of where the left wing is trying to take our country.

Gary   October 18th, 2007 - 2:37 pm

This guy is a poster child for Term Limits and Abortion.

KM   October 18th, 2007 - 2:37 pm

See the guy in background jerk his head when he made that comment? And you Mr. Caddy along with all the other blind people out there can pack up and move to the Sudan where you can sit around and complain about all the sand you have to eat. Get a grip…or maybe you should lighten up – it sounds like you’re pretty stressed….

Ron Rockstar   October 18th, 2007 - 2:38 pm

Veteran, I am pleased to announce that your long-term memory is intact. Stark is just a “whore” for attention.

RICHARD   October 18th, 2007 - 2:39 pm

ONLY A QUEER LEFT DEMOCRAT SOB WOULD MAKE SUCH A STATEMENT

Shawn   October 18th, 2007 - 2:39 pm

This “IDIOT” should be removed immediately. California should be embarrased and disgusted at this type of ignorance and I surprised no one jumped up and corrected him – or at least knocked his block off!

Rocco   October 18th, 2007 - 2:39 pm

Doesn’t the Parliament of Whores have rules of conduct that this type of irresponsible conduct and statements defies???

I love Bush   October 18th, 2007 - 2:41 pm

I love Bush. We need a leader who is willing to protect our country. It amazes me how many people blame the president. America is falling apart because of the Democrats, liberals, hippies and atheists. God Bless America. Ooops! I shouldn’t saw God Bless since it may offend someone one.

rrapp   October 18th, 2007 - 2:41 pm

We will never defeat America’s enemies over seas until we defeat them here. This man is a filthy, sleazy coward

Eric   October 18th, 2007 - 2:42 pm

Zoltan said, “Let me be the first to call for the idiot’s resignation.” Yes, I agree. Bush and Cheney should resign, or face impeachment. They have destroyed this great country in their quest for never ending war and oil profits.

John Baker   October 18th, 2007 - 2:42 pm

Congress approval rating at 11%. Why is so high? This guy should be gone tomorrow from our sacred halls. It is long past time for Americians to just be be ashamed of this extension of our freedom of speech from this creature of surrender.Amend. God Bless America.

American   October 18th, 2007 - 2:42 pm

What’s to correct? Yesterday I saw the president chuckle as he talked about World War III. He seemed amused to me.

Bill   October 18th, 2007 - 2:42 pm

This guy is a real retard and always has been. Another example of no one being represented by our elected officials. Certainly any clear thinking constituents, even California has them, are not being represented by this moron

Mary   October 18th, 2007 - 2:44 pm

John..the problem with the Demo Party is they HAVEN’T left the United States. They have stayed and continue to try to cram their pinko beliefs down everyones throats. The DEMO ACLU is doing everything it can to undermine our govt. Our Congress is a disgrace and has done nothing for the people of this country. Pelosi is a joke that no one laughs at. This Stark should be recalled from his office. He is a disgrace!

Disgusted   October 18th, 2007 - 2:45 pm

Yet another example of how reason and logic in our political process have been replaced with symbolism and emotionalism.

Marty   October 18th, 2007 - 2:45 pm

This was about as sick as it gets!!

Zoltan   October 18th, 2007 - 2:46 pm

Eric- As Lenin said – You are part of the ‘useful idiot’ faction . . .

p3orion   October 18th, 2007 - 2:48 pm

Absolutely despicable. And all too typical of the Democrats.

Steve Schneider   October 18th, 2007 - 2:49 pm

What an idiot! This pathetic excuse for a representative needs to be thrown out. The things that these democrats continue to say are beyond the pale. I’m sick to death about these liberal communists and I for one can’t wait until the election. They are going down big time. They have done more to ruin the democrat party than any in the history of the United States.

rrapp   October 18th, 2007 - 2:55 pm

How about a trade? You America hating traitors can move to Cuba, China, or any slime hole of your choise. Then let someone who wants to live free have your spot. We’ll all be happier.

Mary Magdalene   October 18th, 2007 - 2:56 pm

Well! Where did this old guy come from?
I’m delighted that he has the balls to speak
from his heart and not his back pocket!

Let’s hear more from him!
It’s like a fresh breeze in the air!

Nothing like getting so old that they don’t
have a choke hold on what you do or say anymore
and you can TELL THE TRUTH!

Bob   October 18th, 2007 - 2:57 pm

Stark expresses the view of the majority of Americans – the 70% that oppose the war and 75% that disapprove of Bush and his callous disregard for human life. People that blame the majority for undermining the government clearly have no idea what democracy is.

Bill   October 18th, 2007 - 2:57 pm

This person is an embarassment to all of us. The quality of individuals in Congress has sank to an
all time low. What kind of moron would make a statement like that? If he were in my district I would work like hell to get him tossed out on his ear. We have no need for idiots like Stark in Congress.

LiberalPussy   October 18th, 2007 - 2:57 pm

Another highly paid cheerleader for the terrorists. This assclown is a perfect example of the soft white underbelly of this nation.

Rick   October 18th, 2007 - 2:58 pm

Yup, he’s from California. Big suprise.

John Steinbeck   October 18th, 2007 - 2:59 pm

I’m for one glad that this lieberal bedwetting moonbat suffering from Bush Derangement Syndrome is shown for the traitor to America the lieberal demonrats have became.

Johnny Shouts   October 18th, 2007 - 3:00 pm

I am beginning to think that every democrat in the House of Representatives is a complete idiot! This guy is a complete fool with capital letters. How long before someone will drag these idiots out by their hair and horse whip them back to reality.

Nicole   October 18th, 2007 - 3:00 pm

This is just disgusting… these guys make me ill. They throw these kinds of comments around without a care thinking that because they have a little power they can get away with it. Sick…

beeline   October 18th, 2007 - 3:00 pm

Don’t know about Bush, but Congressman if your head got blown off now that would be amusing to me.

AJ Sarrero   October 18th, 2007 - 3:00 pm

Fianlly a Democrat who isn’t afaid to speak truth to power….

LiberalPussy   October 18th, 2007 - 3:00 pm

Bob…….this country is a REPUBLIC, not a democracy, in spite of your liberal indoctrination.

RMNII   October 18th, 2007 - 3:03 pm

He’s a complete idiot, but he also sounded intoxicated. He must have met with Kennedy for breakfast.

abalonenthewerld   October 18th, 2007 - 3:03 pm

Uncle Bob   October 18th, 2007 - 3:04 pm

Yup. There you have it folks. Now the moonbats are on the floor of the House. God help us all.

Nicole   October 18th, 2007 - 3:04 pm

Eric, Prove it. Prove that they (Bush and Cheney) destroyed this country! I dare you to prove it.
In the last 4 years I have doubled my salary, bought a 300,000.00 home and my husband just bought me a 4000 diamond ring… We paid off all our debt except our mortgage opened a Roth IRA and I am going back to school in January.. I think as a middle class mom of 4 I am doing okay. I dont think you can prove that Bush and Cheney are destroying this country. I want facts not rhetoric.. probably what you will come back with is alot of boohoo poor us bull… that’s all you libs have. Good luck on your hard sell of Hillary in the south.. it aint going to happen my friend.

Mike   October 18th, 2007 - 3:04 pm

This is freaking obscene!

That this is ever uttered or even thought is an example of just how sick many Americans are… living in a vast fantasy land, believing the most crazy things. But for a member of congress to say that…. this disconnect from reality is a sickness that spells trouble for the nation. It is literally an insanity.

Chris   October 18th, 2007 - 3:06 pm

Hey BOB, this isn’t a democracy, idiot. Why don’t you learn something about the way this country works before you try to speak about it.

David FeHill   October 18th, 2007 - 3:06 pm

The guy is stark raving mad and a good reason that the Pelosi congress has half the approval rating of the Preident. In addition he is a lier. This legislation had nothing to do with poor children. It was an election year gimmick. People in their 20’s are not “children”. Families making 70K a year and up are not “poor”. Bush would cover another 500,000. actully poor children as the program was intended.

m judd   October 18th, 2007 - 3:06 pm

11% approval rating for congress just went down again. all the insuance in the world wo’nt help kids if radical islam wins. you know, the same people perfectly willing to blow your head off.

CJ Connoy   October 18th, 2007 - 3:08 pm

Congress is fantasy land.

John   October 18th, 2007 - 3:08 pm

Exactly what you can expect from someone worth less than a pile of human excrement at the local sewage treatment plant….

RMNII   October 18th, 2007 - 3:09 pm

I can’t wait to watch the network news and cable shows to see if they spend as much time on this as Limbaugh. I predict you won’t see it anywhere except Fox and the clowns at MSNBC will try explain it as a passionate plea to held children that went a bit too far.

SL   October 18th, 2007 - 3:10 pm

What a jerk….. has anyone ever heard of him.. well he is getting his 15 minutes in the spotlight. Then he will think he has made it. The problems he is the kind running this country.

beagle owner   October 18th, 2007 - 3:10 pm

What do you expect from Pete Stark? He’s been a total moron for decades…Pro-American

C Wilkerson   October 18th, 2007 - 3:10 pm

LEAD * FOLLOW * OR GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY. This man is a disgrace and should be sent home recalled by the members of his district.
He will never change so it is time for us to change him.
Lets see what NY times, Washington Post * Philadelphia Inquirer or Pittsburgh Press has to say about this.
I have never voted a straight ticket in my life since old enough to vote. Have never missed a vote since 1958 but will vote 1 party this coming election.
tHEY PROMISED A 5 DAY WORK WEEK AND RATE THEY GOING WILL BE ABOUT 115 DAYS THIS YEAR.
get em gone !

Lance   October 18th, 2007 - 3:11 pm

EXACTLY why I made the anti-traitor, Conservative Music CD called Blaming America First. The Libs all have this attitude–some just hide it. I flush out Hillary in her own words–to song. Ward Churchill? The same! Track one? Al Gore! @

http://www.conservativemusiconline.com

Uncle Bob   October 18th, 2007 - 3:12 pm

Mary Magdalene

Yup, he told his (utterly demented version of) “The Truth” and for that great service the Democrat Party is going to get it’s collective ass kicked in the next election. So, you’re right; God bless him for speaking “The Truth”. We’ll use that video and all the others to destroy your Party come November ‘08.

PRESSOR1   October 18th, 2007 - 3:12 pm

This is to the UN-Educated Moron named “Michael Caddy” You are obviously one of the weak who would rather roll over and let some kick your teeth instead of making a stand and dealing with the problem. Do you remember Sept 11th you moron? If you loath our president so much get the hell out of here. I hear there is room in Mexico…. Have fun working your butt off for less that 20.00 a day you figgin idiot.

Jerry Stocks   October 18th, 2007 - 3:13 pm

His comments only serve to establish how perverted he and those who agree with him are detached from reality. I think we need to besiege his email with our condemnation of his comments and also ask the people of his district if he reflects the opinion of all the voters in his district. They may differ with the President on the war but not on what is reasonable conduct for a member of Congress. Was he not taught manners and good conduct by his parents? Or, is he just plain nuts? Let him hear it: http://www.house.gov/stark/contact/index.htm

Mike   October 18th, 2007 - 3:14 pm

This has to be teasonous! I think we should be calling for his job!! There is free speach in this country but you cannot use the floor of the senate or house to accuse the President of getting enjoyment out of the murder of our servicemen. It is time to step down. The democrats are beside themselves because no one in America is behind any of their socialist agendas and they are using the floor of the senate and house as their own personal pulpit!

falcobldr   October 18th, 2007 - 3:15 pm

Where are the voters that vote this idiot into office? Can we assume they also ate out of the same dog food can?

mamasoldier   October 18th, 2007 - 3:16 pm

For those of you who support this idiot – like caddy or whoever the heck you are – i’ll take the words of the troops who have been there and are still there and who continue to re-enlist and go back even after having limbs amputated – i’ll take their word for what is real and what isn’t – and for every 1 soldier or former soldier who is against the war and the administration there are thousands for continuing the fight and for the president – like i said – i’ll trust the people who know what they heck they are talking about rather than you blabber butts here or that old codger who is just angry he did not get his after lunch nap.

Ex Dem   October 18th, 2007 - 3:17 pm

Are all of the democratic congressmen as insane as this guy?? Is there any leadership in the democratic party who can control these idiots? Where have the term limit people gone? If this guy is truly representative of his district, they must not have schools that teach right from wrong.

frankjt   October 18th, 2007 - 3:17 pm

I don’t believe anyone from either party gives a crap about whether or not our children are cared for, since they apparently don’t care about the fact that 70% of us want to begin winding down our presence in Iraq “yesterday” and the vast majority of us want our existing immigration laws enforced. This is just another wedge issue being used by both parties to get us all worked up and distracted while the asshat elites continue to plunder our country’s wealth and risk our nation’s sovereignty with unfettered free trade deals that are slowly killing off our middle class. Think about it, do you really believe any of these people in DC care about working people or their children?

frankthevet   October 18th, 2007 - 3:21 pm

STARK, YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!

BUSH IS A BLOOD-THIRSTY AWOL COWARD WHO DOESN’T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE MAIMED OR MURDERED TO SATISFY THE BUSH-CHENEY GREED.

Stephen   October 18th, 2007 - 3:23 pm

PERDUELLIO! These scumbags have tied their success to the destruction of our military! How dare they project their own vile hopes onto the man who essentially sacraficed his political success to do what he believed was the right thing! The left would never entertain doing anything as selfless under any circumstance! They continue their revolting attempts to sow dissent and dissatisfaction among Americans during a time of war with no objective other than taking power for themselves – they shall hang in the streets before long or else we all shall lose our heads to the Muslim flood of intolerance.

Jim   October 18th, 2007 - 3:25 pm

As bad as Bush’s numbers are, the Democrat controlled congress’ numbers are far worse. People like Pelosi, Reid, Murtha and now this idiot are only proving one thing: As bad as you think Bush is, the Democrats are even more unqualified/incapable to lead this nation.

Stacy   October 18th, 2007 - 3:25 pm

The democrats aren’t out of touch with the American people just with the few who are brainwashed into support for this war. Thankfully those numbers are dwindling. I can’t understand anyone who is opposed to children receiving help with medical treatment. Some of you feel the Iraq is worth the loss of American lives. For what? Spend the money saving lives here and abroad by pulling out of Iraq and putting the money into health care.

Mike   October 18th, 2007 - 3:27 pm

The guy is an A-Hole. Unfortunately most of the left agrees with him.

Chris   October 18th, 2007 - 3:28 pm

Define “working people,” frankjt. Do you mean, the people who live paycheck to paycheck? Or do you also refer to the evil, filthy rich who go to work every day (and often work more hours than anyone else…that’s how they become rich)? Because even CEO’s can be considered “working people,” since they go to work every day.

God, I hate the term “working people.”

Blue Eagle   October 18th, 2007 - 3:29 pm

Ha! Funny how Bob gets criticized for calling the U.S. a democracy. A good way to ignore his point, a well-worn tactic of the Bush Gangsters. They love “majority rules” and “it’s a democracy!” when it comes to whether the U.S. is a Christian nation, or when it comes to “exporting” our way of life. But as soon as it’s clear they’re NOT in the majority, they run for cover.

Currently more than 2/3 of Americans are apparently anti-American!

CM   October 18th, 2007 - 3:31 pm

THE LEFT LIBERAL MOVEON.DEMOCRATS HAVE LOST THEIR COLLECTIVE MIND.
I LOVE THE EXPOSURE!!!!

F Man   October 18th, 2007 - 3:32 pm

Hey, Chris — get a job and you’ll like the term “working people.”

Jill   October 18th, 2007 - 3:32 pm

I don’t care what party a Congressman belongs to or whether or not he/she likes the President or dislikes him…this type of comment is degrading, disrespectful, hateful, and sets a bad example for the younger generation. When a person sinks to this level of thinking, I think it is time to resign or people need to stop voting for individuals who rant like this.

Jim   October 18th, 2007 - 3:33 pm

typical democrat traitorous scum.
Support our troops…arrest and hang the democrat traitors.

Dustin   October 18th, 2007 - 3:33 pm

Speaking ‘truth to power’? Are you people really that stupid? And speaking, “not from his back pocket?” I wonder if he is getting any moveon.org money…the answer is YES.

Now I wonder what the response would have been if Newt would have said the same thing about our soldiers in Bosnia when Clinton was in office?? Hmmmmm…I think it would have been RESIGN…RESIGN!!

Liberals are the biggest hypocrites I have EVER come across in my life.

Chris   October 18th, 2007 - 3:33 pm

STACY, you sound like an idiot.

I’m not opposed to children receiving medical treatment; I AM opposed to the government taking the money that I worked hard for and using it to cover the medical expenses of a child whose family can’t wont provide insurance for said child.

If you want to have children, and you want to be a good parent, you damn well better be able to afford coverage.

How many of these children without health care do you think come from homes where a less-than-five-year-old vehicle is being driven, everyone in the house has a cell phone, and there’s a nice 32-inch LCD on the wall?

Have priorities, people. If you have children, take care of them. If you can not afford to do so, you should not be having children.

Arwen   October 18th, 2007 - 3:34 pm

Bob your math will be proven wrong the next election if there is a kind and just God in heaven… stop speaking for me and inflating your numbers to make you look better (get off the kos site and look around at real folks)- 75% of Americans want to WIN this war (in Iraq and Afghanistan) unlike the democRATS that want America to not only lose the war but lose their money… the SCHIP will be funded, NOT expanded beyond our ability to pay (I pray)… afterall we are a REPUBLIC not the socialist, progressive state that Hillary is planning for US!!

RonPaul4pres   October 18th, 2007 - 3:35 pm

Bob, this country never was a Democracy.

LiberalPussy, this country was ONCE a republic but not any longer.

This country has become an obligarchy where those with a new golden rules, “He who has the gold makes the rule.” Both this guy and Bush are treacherous sleezbags. Bush deserves to be brought up on charges of treason for his role in selling America out to foreign interests while suppressing the rights of Americans.

Ron Paul for President

Big Jim   October 18th, 2007 - 3:36 pm

What a classy, articulate way to argue a position. At least that moonbat did an honest job of putting the Democratic leadership’s opinion on the table.

I don’t understand why the number one priority for Democrats and their netroots constituents is losing this war. Whether it’s a hateful tirade, a clumsy, disingenuous end run to choke off supply lines or a half-witted proposal to cut personnel, it seems the Democrats will try anything to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. I take that back, the only thing the Democrats seem afraid to try is an honest vote to cut funding. Don’t they feel the least bit self conscious about helping UBL execute his strategy for defeating the US?

I don’t know what’s more disgraceful, the Democrats lack of respect for the personal courage of our military, their willingness to subvert national security for political gain, or their own political cowardice.

Chris   October 18th, 2007 - 3:36 pm

F MAN, I have a job. 2 of them, in fact. Not because I have to, but because I am working to out money aside for later in life. You know, things like health insurance, a new house, retirement savings…So I have 2 jobs. It’s not easy, and I don’t like it, but I do like being able to have money left aside after paying my bills. And after the government jacks my money to give it to someone else who a) didn’t work for it and b) doesn’t deserve it.

Dustin   October 18th, 2007 - 3:37 pm

Uh oh, Chris…speaking ACTUAL truth to power will get you in a name calling contest with the liberals. You cannot just point out facts and have liberals take responsibility for their actions without a character assassination attempt. Look out…here it comes! Remember…Do not speak truth to the Kool-Aid crowd, they can only drool out talking points and they cannot debate!

legal   October 18th, 2007 - 3:38 pm

What a punk! Lefties get so upset about what a private citizen like Ann Coulter says, but don’t bat an eye at this outrageous hate-speech by an elected official – a Democrat congressman no less. There was a time when a twit like this would have been called out to a duel. But we’re too civilized for that now. I’m glad we advanced so much as a society, but it has lead to an over-population of dishonorable, pandering punks likes this.

Charles   October 18th, 2007 - 3:38 pm

Pete Stark is a pathetic fool who demonstrates
how truly dumb Mrs. Bill Clinton’s slime
attack machine members, Barbara Boxer, Nancy
Pelosi, Harry Reid, truly are.

Does the wife of Bill Clinton have the
integrity to refute Stark’s repulsive
comments? Of course not. They are sure to
make Hillary cackle!

to the scholars who learned the constitution by reading bumper stickers like “this is a republic, not a democracy”, you guys are clueless. Read on and learn…

The dictionary defines democracy as, among other things, this: government by the people; especially : rule of the majority / a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections

ever heard of “we, the people”?? now, if you losers took your head out of your you-know-what for a sec, you could do more constructive things than debating facts…
