This couple is being wrongly jailed. There is in fact no law requiring US citizens to pay an income tax on wages received from their labor. Income tax is unconstitutional. We all pay it because we either think there is a law requiring it or we are afraid of the IRS doing what they are unlawfully doing to the Brown’s. This is awful. Aaron Russo, an award winning film producer, created a documentary called, America: Freedom to Fascism, that addressed this issue. It is fantastic and very eye-opening. When they were apprehended, they were doubtlessly transported down roads that were “magically” paid for by everyone else’s tax dollars, by officers hired to keep the peace, also paid for by everyone else’s tax dollars, etc., etc. These people are spongers and think that this adolescent game they’re playing is winnable. If they don’t want any services provided to them in any way, then let them leave the country and pay no taxes somewhere else. Or let them go to USA-hating Berkeley California or someplace in Texas where they dream and scream about the black UN helicopters coming to enforce One World Government. Otherwise, shut up and stop WASTING OUR tax dollars on having to keep you in line! You don’t know how lucky you are living in this country!

Those “magic roads” are not paid for through income taxes, brainiac. They are paid for through gas tax and other roadway taxes. I am sure this couple has paid their fair share. Besides, if they were being transported over these roads against their will, why should they be forced to pay for that? You’re a smart one, sheesh.

The first poster is in fact correct, there is, in FACT, no law on the books requiring income taxes. But tax and spend liberals like the one above me just love to think otherwise. But the big government comes in and gets you if you don’t, just like in the story.

Did I hear the newslady say the US Federal Marshals spent months on a plan to take down this couple. The Marshals spent more taxpayers money getting a plan than the couple most likely owed. Was this couple a threat to anyone? Were they child molesters, drug lords, or violent street gangs ruining this nation. There are millions of Illegal Mexicans living in the US taking advantage of tax payers money thru education for their children and using hospitals without paying a dime and the government lets them go but arrest a couple for not paying taxes. I dont quite understand the problem here. I guess the government knows it can get money from American citizens instead of wasting time on catching illegals who break the law daily.

The biggest victim/sucker on the world today is the US Taxpayer!
95% of INCOME-TAXES are paid by White Americans. And our government uses that money to buy votes from non-White Americans, who NEED BIG GOVERNMENT!
In their orgasms of greed/lust our gummint employees are destroying what made America great in the first place.
They can’t even figure out how NOT to charge public school taxes to folks with NO CHILDREN, but they’re going to tackle ALL public health, disaster response, global warming, racism and poverty!
We must spread the tax burden more fairly. The American “poor”- (there are none really), pay nothing and have no stake in our success. Make EVERYONE pay income taxes, or STOP THE BIG-EVIL MACHINE!
IMHO we should spend public money on constitutional projects only. No more cash aid to ANYONE. And if you didn’t pay INCOME-TAXES last year, I don’t care about your opinions on spending MY money this year!

IT TOOK THEM 6 MONTHS TO ARREST THOSE PEOPLE!!? Brotha man would have been shot that day–then again, brotha man don’t have no income to tax in the first place.

That blacks get harsher treatment from law enforcement than whites? Thats a laugh!
And the “no income to tax’ bit follows SEEJAY’s comment that it’s SOMEONES’s fault that the “Brotha man” can’t pay no taxes!
Character, intelligence, and honesty all used to matter in America.
Until it was discovered that blacks and hispanics have less of these attributes than whites.
Now you’re a racist if you want a black to take an IQ test! (You remember IQ tests? Those were tests written by whites to determine natural intellegence? The ones where Asians commonly outscore whites?)

The reason they spent so long developing the plan and methods used is because they are coming to get the rest of “you” next!! They did not want to use force since they did not want to damage the house which is now government property.

They should just render them to Saudi Arabia or Egypt so we don’t have to waist any more of “our” tax dollars on them.

Don’t try to blame this one on Hillery! Every good American needs to come up with about $3000 to pay for Bush’s Iraq war. We could have used that kind of money to send the illegals back in first class Lear jets and pay all the medical bills for our kids.

I am retired (age 42) so “I” pay very little tax now, but I sure did back in the Clinton days!! It is the best money I ever spent!! When Hillery gets in, I might just have to go back to work to help her out!
