Are you kidding, “not a fair trial”? Dude HE WON!!!!! He probably did more to lower your taxes than any one has ever done!! LOL
Next up: O.J. gets off with a slap on the wrist, even though his latest crime was recorded on tape.
The US Income Tax is illegal. The 16th Amendment granted no new power of taxation. It’s a direct, unapportioned tax – which is illegal. There is no law requiring you to pay a tax on wages. Labor is personal property. The tax code is a mishmash of mumbojumbo. Its a hoax. The 16th Amendment was NOT properly ratified – becasue the Constitution strictly forbids direct, unapportioned taxation. On a high profile case like Snipes’ (especially now that the legitimacy of the income tax is under growing scrutiny), they’re not hedging their bets that we’d all not come out swinging.
Q; What’s the MOST IMPORTANT job of a criminal defense attorney?
A: Loading the jury with African-Americans.
…however – that is not to say that they won’t try to mess you up for not paying it. The IRS is pure evil…
But the Supreme Court has ruled over and over again (in cases which have appealed that far) that it’s unconstitutional in its basis. And people have won.
Lower courts are more difficult, because they refute Supreme Courts decisions – calling it ‘irrelevant’… they know – as well as the IRS that most people will just lay down and pay it.
wow… just realized the two misdemeanors are for the bounced checks…
say goodbye to the income tax.
:}
3 misdemeanors- and all for “willful failure to file”
He was aquitted on the “bounced checks”, which were not checks at all, just offers to settle. These were not drawn or pretended to be from any account.
The system is old, and tired. New one coming down the line…

Man… a black man just can’t get a fair trial in this country.
So unfair.
